Building the "Best"

I just finished listening (audio book) to the Steve Jobs biography. What a great read !

There are a lot of "take a ways" from his story. But for me, one thing stood out from all the rest. He had a single focus of building the BEST product he could.

I believe this concept in business is fundamental to success. Most of my customer are in some form of the hospitality business; they depend on making their customer's happy (rafting, logging, fly fishing, etc). 100% of my customers need to be their best to make the customer use them again and refer friends and family.

We understand that our best is needed in this process. The reservation process happens before the customer makes it to your business, so we understand how critical our roles is to the process. We focus on giving the customer the BEST experience possible, so that when you have a reservation, you have a happy customer.

How we make the process the BEST.

Easy to navigate - if booking online, we have to make "understanding your services" easy for the customer. What am I "booking"? Where what when?

Ease of use - checkout has to work seamlessly with no "pain".  Perfect checkout is the requirement of our system. Allow the customer to find what they want to book, and get them checked out in 4 steps or less.

Communicate - Let the customer know what they purchased (email confirmation) in a clear and concise manner.. Send them timely text messages reminders. And be able to reach out to them after, for surveys. newsletter, offers.

We believe in giving the customer the best experience possible, so you can be the best at giving the customer an experience they can call "the best".
